Amendment IX
The enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people.
The ninth amendment has rights that are not mentioned in the constitution and not designed to limit us. Since some certain rights are not mentioned specifically, we can’t say that we don’t have them. One of the cases to this amendment was the United Public workers v. Mitchel 1947, which allowed the right to engage in political activity. This amendment brings about the idea of privacy: the penumbra, which was derived from the word shaded. This is the outer area of a shadow. The shadow lingers around the ideas and principles of the amendment. The privacy amendments: the first, third, fourth, and ninth amendments make up the penumbra.

This video does a good job on interpreting exactly what the ninth amendment is. She explains that there are numerous amounts of rights that a person has that is not stated by the constitution and gives examples of just a few of those many rights.
This comic is a good example of what the ninth amendment includes. One of these people states that the other person can't vote, but he proves him wrong when he says that the ninth amendment says he can because its under his "enumerated rights".
